I just came across Kuler Pulse and was amazed when I realized what it was: a look at what colors designers are into now. The bigger the colors the more downloads of themes that contains that color. When I stoped by it looked like yellow was the thing. Maybe cause it's spring and in the morning? Getting a feel for what was a popular design technique or color choice or style traditionally took designers months, if not years, of observation.
